Shea Butter

Western countries are just beginning to recognize the considerable health and beauty benefits of shea butter, something Africans have known for thousands of years.

Shea butter is a cream-colored fatty substance made from the nuts of karite nut trees (also called Mangifolia trees) that grow in the savannah regions of West and Central Africa.
Karite trees, or shea trees, are not cultivated. They grow only in the wild, and can take up to 50 years to mature (they live up to 300 years!). In most parts of West Africa, destruction of the shea tree is prohibited because this little nut provides a valuable source of food, medicine, and income for the population. In fact, shea butter is sometimes referred to as “women’s gold” in Africa, because so many women are employed in the production of shea butter.

Shea butter has been used to help heal burns, sores, scars, dermatitis, psoriasis, dandruff, and stretch marks. It may also help diminish wrinkles by moisturizing the skin, promoting cell renewal, and increasing circulation. Shea butter also contains cinnamic acid, a substance that helps protect the skin from harmful UV rays.

Shea butter is a particularly effective moisturizer because it contains so many fatty acids, which are needed to retain skin moisture and elasticity. The high fatty acid content of shea butter also makes it an excellent additive to soap, shampoos, anti-aging creams, cosmetics, lotions, and massage oils—its soft, butter-like texture melts readily into the skin.

Shea butter protects the skin from both environmental and free-radical damage. It contains vitamins A and E, and has demonstrated both antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Unrefined shea butter is superior in that it retains all its natural vitamins, especially vitamin A and vitamin E. However, the natural smell of shea can be a bit off-putting (stinky), though the aroma does disappear after it has been applied to your skin within minutes.
Shea butter is not recommended for people with nut or latex allergies.

Summary

Unrefined Shea Butter is a great emollient and easily penetrates the skin to moisturize.  Virgin Shea Butter has a high amount of Vitamin A and Vitamin E, as well as phytosterols, triterpenes, fatty esters and phenolic acids. Vitamins A and E are important in helping to repair skin damage; phytosterols, and triterpenes aid in skin allergies; phenolic acids are good for cellular protection. Virgin Shea Butter is widely used to protect skin from the sun’s UV rays, as well as soften and heal cracked and aged skin.

Some of the possible benefits of unrefined shea butter include:
  • Evens skin tone
  • Absorbs quickly without leaving greasy residue like mineral oil based products
  • Penetrates deep into the epidermal layer of your skin to help restore elasticity to maturing skin and prevent the cellular breakdown that leads to dry, cracking skin, and stretch marks
  • Stimulates cellular activity, fights the effects of aging and repairs rough, damaged skin
  • Returns natural luster to skin and hair
  • Does not clog pores
  • Revitalizes, softens and maintains skin moisture
  • Aids in the healing of wounds and may improve scars due to its anti-inflammatory properties
  • Used to heal eczema, burns, rashes, severely dry skin, and to lessen the irritation of psoriasis
  • Moisturizes after shaving to prevent irritation
  • Has natural sun blocking powers and may protect skin from sun damage and environmental elements
  • Nourishes the hair shaft
  • Moisturizes dry, dull over-processed and heat-treated hair resulting in improved brilliance and manageability
  • Helps prevent weak hair from breaking, fading, or thinning out and may promote hair growth

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic acid is present in every tissue of the body and performs many important functions including fight free, radicals, tissue repair & cell renewal. It locks moisture in extracellular matrix (ECM), which is the fluid-filled space between cells, keeping collagen and elastin moist and promoting a youthful supple appearance. Skin appears smoother and more radiant. HA is able to hold up to 1000times its weight, but gets degraded (sunburn & aging >35yrs old) and stops producing as much ha.
Injectible hyaluronic acid fillers, such as Restylane, are being to lessen the appearance of lines, sagging and depressions in the skin caused by acne scars or injury.

Injectible hyaluronic acid fillers, such as Restylane, are being to lessen the appearance of lines, sagging and depressions in the skin caused by acne scars or injury. HA eventually breaks down and is absorbed in the body hence effects only last 4-6months.

Jojoba Oil

Jojoba (Simmodsia chinensis [Latin]) is a perennial woody shrub grown primarily in the desert regions of the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico. Native Americans have long used jojoba oil to help heal sores and wounds. Today, jojoba oil is still most commonly used for cosmetic purposes, particularly for the maintenance of healthy skin.

Jojoba oil is composed of liquid wax esters rather than oil. The body’s natural sebum also contains wax esters, which act as a sort of natural moisturizer and environmental barrier for the skin. However, wax ester production steadily decreases with age, causing the skin to appear dull and emphasizing wrinkles; a reduced ester content in the skin can also lead to the development of conditions such as psoriasis, dandruff, and rosacea.

The chemical composition of jojoba closely resembles that of the skin’s natural sebum, so it is easily absorbed and trick the skin into producing less natural sebum which may clog pores. It rarely causes allergic reactions, even in the most sensitive individuals, hence can prevent the skin from becoming too oily. Jojoba oil may help treat acne, both by reducing sebum production and by protecting the skin from harmful bacteria, being healing & anti-microbial (discourages the growth of some bacterial and fungal microbes that attack the skin)

Jojoba oil contains many important nutrients, such as vitamin E, B complex vitamins, and the minerals silicon, chromium, copper, and zinc. It also contains a lot of iodine, which may be where jojoba gets its ability to fight against bacterial and fungal infection. In addition to acne, jojoba has traditionally been used to treat canker sores, cold sores, athlete’s foot, and warts.

Royal Jelly

Royal jelly is a creamy white substance secreted from the salivary glands of worker bees to feed young bee larvae. The larvae that will eventually develop into queen bees continue to receive this nectar until they reach maturation. It has been theorized that it is this diet of royal jelly that allows the queen bee to grow bigger and live longer than the other bees, and for this reason some believe that royal jelly can have life-extending effects for humans as well.

Claims that this substance increases energy and vitality. Royal jelly is also thought to have antioxidant effects that slow signs of aging and reduce symptoms of many age-related disorders, including arthritis, multiple sclerosis, baldness, decreased libido, menopause, osteoporosis, heart disease, high cholesterol, and decreased muscle and skin tone.

Royal jelly has also been recommended for treatment of asthma, depressed immune system, insomnia, fatigue, ulcers, and a host of digestive and skin disorders.
In addition, some doctors warn that royal jelly could cause potentially dangerous or even fatal allergic reactions. It is interesting to note that royal jelly is actually sometimes recommended for treatment of allergies, the theory being that, like allergy shots, royal jelly delivers small amounts of pollen that over time increase tolerance to certain plants. However, there have been reports of people developing hives, asthma, and even going into anaphylactic shock after ingesting royal jelly.

The frowning and frantically angry person is someone u don't want to go near, she sucks ur energy away. Go away!!!
Look at her, doesn't she resemble a crow? Telltale sign? She has crow feet.

I like simplicity & colors. Colors make us happy and feel like a child again. A child smiles easily and does not judge. A child dares to play and be adventurous. A child is not afraid to fall. A child is always happy & curious. A child always euphoric! That's why I luve feeling like a child! I function best when I feel like a child!

How to not create puffy eyes with the right makeup & colors

Yo skullas,

On a side note, if u are madly obsessed with skulls like me & follow my beauty blog, u are a fellow skulla! Hello & welcome to my world of skulls, beauty, makeup and accessories addiction!

I'm often get asked how to reduce puffy eyes with eye cream & makeup. One of the most popular requests, how to look lovely sweet in pink eyeshadow like the koreans without puffy eye effect?

On the streets I see alot of disasters. Not to mention, i understand its early in the morn and mistakes do happen. But still, that is an invalid excuse for showing the world ur puffy eyes!!!
Like a feminine pad, it should be hidden and concealed unless u are talking abt iPad!
I don't care, puffy eyes are never in!

I still see women not knowing that their makeup habits and colors they chose made them look like their eyelids are pregnant! The highest cases happen in the early mornings under the bright sun@9-2pm omg!

Alright I am not ur boss and this is not reprimand, more like revelation for you.

So what colors are mad taboos when worn alone?

1. Frosted pearlised blues, yellows, oranges & pinks worn alone.
2. Plum shades
3. Pink of any shade worn alone

Plastic Surgery is accountable for the rising number of good lookers??

With the rising phenomenon of Korean pop groups and everything Korean, from the food, the music, the dramas, the fashion... and the beautiful people, pretty boys and pretty girls... we are already accustomed to them doing plastic surgery like doing lunch. Its rampantly common like soup for cantonese families. And we thought Korea is the No.1 country with the highest plastic surgeries done.
Yet look at this.

"For the first time ever, ISAPs has numbers to show what is going on globally," he tells WebMD. There are 30,816 plastic surgeons practicing across the globe, and they performed an estimated 8,536,379 surgical procedures and 8,758,187 nonsurgical procedures in 2009, according to the statistics.

According to the new statistics, 17.5% of all procedures were performed in the U.S, and 14.3% were performed in Brazil. China accounted for 12.7% of cosmetic surgery procedures, followed by India at 5.2%. The universal desire to look good seems to be firmly entrenched on the desi shores as India having more disposable income than before.

The Top 10 countries for plastic surgery are:
are:
  1. United States
  2. China
  3. Brazil
  4. India
  5. Mexico
  6. Japan
  7. South Korea
  8. Germany
  9. Turkey
  10. Spain
  11. Argentina
  12. Russia
  13. Italy
  14. France
  15. Canada
  16. Taiwan
  17. United Kingdom
  18. Colombia
  19. Greece
  20. Thailand
  21. Australia
  22. Venezuela
  23. Saudi Arabia
  24. Netherlands
  25. Portugal

United States still wins, where Hollywood is the main reservoir of these nips and tucks and tweaks. Who is to blame? Society pressure? Magazines? Photoshop? Technology?
It is so easy to book an appt to do plastic nowadays as long as you save enough money and go to a reliable one i heard. Even among my ex colleagues, there are ones who have done that and still will do some more!
Such as nose jobs, double eyelids, jaw adjustment, fairer skin, etc.

Silicone implants for nose reshaping and eyelid surgery are popular in countries such as Thailand and China, he says. Injectables are not as popular in other countries as they are in the U.S yet, report says. For South Korean teenage girls, the primary target of change is their eyes. Having big eyes is every teen’s dream and it can become a reality via a simple $800 operation in which a small incision is made above the eye to create an artificial double lid. Kids as young as 14 are opting for the surgery, and what have come to be known as “eye jobs” have become a favorite graduation gift from parents. During the winter months when high school seniors are on vacation preparing for either college or the work place, the clinics are at their busiest. Moat of the surgeries requested are for the eyelids, but nose jobs are also becoming popular among the teen population.
“Teenagers are plastic surgery experts. They tell the doctor, using scientific words, which surgery method to use. There is another painful aspect to this plastic surgery phenomenon. The emphasis on looks is fine, but the silent acceptance of a “racially inferior” look is not. The fear of falling behind and not being able to compete unless they have themselves remade is a sad commentary on a generation of teenagers.

Botulinum, or the Botox injection, is the top non surgical procedure accounting for 32.7% of the total non surgical treatments. Hyaluronic acid injection, commonly for face lift treatments, is at number two with 20.1%. Laser hair removal comes at third with 13.1%. Among the top plastic surgery countries, the US has the most number of Botox injection treatments and laser hair removal. Brazil tops the other countries when it comes to hyaluronic acid injections.
Liposuction is the most commonly done surgical procedure. There was a total of 1,607,979 liposuction surgeries performed in 2009. Breast augmentation is at number two with 1,454,317 total and blepharoplasty, or surgery of the eyelids, is at third with 1,153,756. China is the top country for both breast augmentation and blepharoplasty, while the United States tops the list for liposuction.

In Korea,
“Parents make their kids get plastic surgery, just like they make them study. They realize looks are important for success,” says Dr. Shim Hyung Bo, a Seoul plastic surgeon.
For teenagers in South Korea today, getting their eyes done is a lot easier than getting the keys to their parents’ car.

Fall beauty ~ What skincare to use?

Beauty Tip!: To embrace this cool Fall, up your ante!
The transition from summer to fall is to do PEEL & PAT

As the seasons change, the skin changes too. Although it seems Singapore is summer all year round, that doesn’t give us an excuse to laze about our routine. We still do get very affected as we are earthlings too.
Oily skin may turn normal with less shine as the weather turns colder. Fall can be harsher on dry skin and they may feel thirsty for more hydration!
There is never a better time than fall to do a good peel and exfoliate away that dead dull looking skin surface that stops you from looking glorious! To finish, pat on ultra anti-aging skincare that pampers skin deep from within!

Time for shopping ladies! Look out for power ingredients like:
For gentle & efficient exfoliation:

  • Enzymes, microbeads, yogurt, papaya, glycolic acid

For mega hydration & anti aging:

  • Hyaluronic acid, collagen, jojoba oil, marine minerals

That's you pretty for Fall!

Korean Beauty 노민우

easy layered cardi over tank tops, skinny pants/jeans... in neutral colors.

dressed in all black and model-ish, almost teary eyes, red lips.

In absolute beauty the face is, his graceful long fingers are what I notice in this 184cm tall & slender guy with nicely lined soulful eyes... the way he managed to wear the role's emotions as his own skin makes him totally a 'changed' man from his own personal rock life is impressive. Looking through his past pics, he's really cute! Some pics reminds me of my all-time idol Kimura takuya and in some pics he really looks like vaness wu. Luve best when he is rocking in his tied back straight hair, BLACK tank tops & jeans and all the chains, skulls, metals, rock smoky eye makeup and skull rings... they are SO ME!!! So its easy for me to fall in love with that kind of style. Probably just so used to it as I used to have a rocker boyfriend and always luve their individualistic dont-care-less attitude that is so rare these days! His smoky eyes, very japanese rockgetup, (invited comments from people that he looks so gay... but to me, its a beauty. 'Gay' is an overrated term, overused and overabused. To me, gay is beauty too. If Korean guys all look gay & are so popular, then it means that our audience really luve this look! But if he looks gay but he is straight, its a bonus, no?) his clean healthy face in this drama definitely wakes up my passion to make up guys now! My hands are itching to do so! But lately not keeping in contact with guys so much... and recalling I used to always love shaping my boyfriends' eyebrows, faces & some lip stains...but now i don't have bf so no subject, anyone wants a shot at it? ;)

===>>> Read on for one of his interviews after the No2 ranking drama, My Girlfriend is a Gumiho...

No Min Woo plays “Park Dong Joo” in the SBS drama “My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox” but is often referred to  as “Teacher Dong Joo”, mainly by the drama’s main character Gu Mi Ho (Shin Min Ah).

In the interview, No Min Woo seemed to have a cold. “After three days of shooting all night starting at 6pm,” he told the interviewer, “time goes exceptionally fast. It feels like we began shooting yesterday and all of the sudden the broadcast is ending for that night. You lose track.” This is an occasion for all actors.

‘Girlfriend’ has created a wide variety of talk. When viewers see rain in sunny weather, they immediately think “Ah, Mi Ho” and wonder about how expensive the soda Mi Ho loves ends up being. Whenever the characters even eat, viewers go “ahhh, delicious.” However, “King of Baking, Kim Tak Gu” viewers still hold around 10% of the audience. “It’s a lie if you don’t desire ratings,” says No Min woo. “but the ‘Gumiho’ ratings are good. So it’s a nice atmosphere.”
Dramatic from the beginning, the audience has many different opinions on Park Dong Joo. “Seem mysterious rather than be driven by a motive, maybe that’s what I wanted to do. Also, vegetarians don’t always only have contact with people who only eat meat. I like people going ‘what is he doing with her?’ I liked that aspect. Maybe next week, we will emerge stronger.”

Dong Joo will have to face with Mi Ho what he faced with Gil Dal soon. Just like Mi Ho, Gil Dal wanted to be a human and was betrayed by a “different killer”, a man. Dong Joo couldn’t help but love Gil Dal and now has guilt in his heart.

Dong Joo’s attitude is different with Mi Ho because this time he can’t let the past repeat itself. “At first, I was like the owner watching the game from afar. But gradually began to worry about Mi Ho. In addition, it turned out that Mi Ho was a part of Gil Dal. I don’t want Mi Ho to meet the same pain.”

No Min Woo had to dig deeply to find the lonely and pulled feelings of Dong Joo. Even one month of not seeing anybody close was enough to find that. “Pasta” didn’t have feelings like this.

“Looking back at the nature, body, tone and everything changed after Pasta. I was even 7kg lighter. ‘Pasta’ was about a man who had grown up rich. During the break, I took a bit of a downgrade from life. Above all, I just wanted to clear and keep my mind clear. Dong Joo is a character I have never met. So I learned to make faces, keep sharp angles, etc. I also stood a bit more upright. Just like ‘older characters’ would. I already wonder what character I will be taking on next.”

Shin Min Ah and No Min Woo and the rest of the cast will often refer to each other as their characters name on the set. Through tone, No Min Woo was able to become Park Dong Joo. “I would have to really open my eyes on a sad day and learn to portray emotion in a tense or very concentrated sense. It’s really surprising because I’ll have dreams about being in the drama. The first time I read the script, I got goosebumps. The last 13~16 episodes are important. I don’t want to leave the cast.”

No Min Woo, Mi Ho, and Cha Dae Woong (Lee Seung Gi) are expressing love in many different ways in “My Girlfriend is a Gumiho”. “Focusing on a love triangle is a thrill. In the end, nobody knows what will happen. Have questions and keep watching, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Dong Joo will eventually meet death” has been a lot of the predictions. “Since playing the role of Dong Joo, I had less mood swings. I even react more calmly in every day life. If Mi Ho is happy, then it doesn’t matter how Dong Joo is.”

“My Girlfriend is a Gumiho” is a 16 episode series.

Skincare skincare skincare!!!

Hey babes!!!

I used to think skincare is just cleanser, toner & moisture cream.
Until one day I wash my face and look in the mirror clearly, with the sun shining on my face, I saw my laugh line on my left side of face!!! Never so clear I see it!
From then on, I use eye cream, serums & moisture cream everyday except saturday. I always leave a day off with no makeup, no skincare to let my skin just breathe on it's own. I instinctively felt my skin ask for it. I thot It was just the lazy me talking. Until I heard from a celrbrity skincare expert that it is true!!! ;) OMG!!! If he thinks that way, that makes me a skincare expert too! Haha

There are a lot of theories out there and we all have different skin types, lifestyles and hence different skin needs. So observe ur own skin, see the symptoms and consult a skincare expert her opinions if u are unsure.

Generally everyone needs a makeup remover, cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer, eye cream daily and Weekly scrub & mask. However it's good to sometimes allow ur skin work on it's own too. Our body is such a genius system, it can function on it's own and produce what we need.
Somehow ur environment may influence what u put on ur skin. For eg, most people will feel dehydrated nearing autumn when it gets colder & wet. So apply more hydrating skincare.

Serums I luve:
Libote intensive serum
Ole truth serum booster
Rexaline hydraforce

Moisture creams I luve:
Bliss triple oxygen + vit C cream
Libote moisture cream
Kose sekkisei

Scrubs:
Boscia smoothing facial polish
Clean & clear scrub
Bliss facial polish
Sephora dual action cleanser scrub

Masks must-haves:
Bliss triple oxygen mask
Laneige water pack
Anna sui moisturizing mask

Makeup removers:
Sephora eye mup rmr
Boscia makeup breakup

Products that I alternate and use depending on my skin needs that day.

Keep listening to ur skin just like u keep listening to ur heart. Soon u will pick up the right signals and the right tasks!

Clarisonic ~ Clearer, cleaner, younger skin

I can still remember the good news of Clarisonic coming to Singapore, after hearing about how marvellous it can make the skin feel and look, how awesome it cleans so well, I have been dying to try it!
Finally when i got my set home...i still remember i came back from a bbq with my colleagues and was feeling super greasy oily all over!

These are my tweets:

Then I just gave my 1st time to #clarisonic plus! ;) How did u guys create such a genius baby?? My skin feels pillowy delicate now! cradling it in my hands I wish it can do more than just deep cleansing haaa!! So ticklish when I use it on my.. Nose! Cute! ;p
If I can try clarisonic opal... Hmmmm... Heard it's efficient like Botox in diminishing fine lines & expression lines!! I soooo need it!!
Beauty tip: try gg back to basics when u r experiencing blemishes. Think: R u cleansing 100%? @Clarisonic cleanses 6x better than tradl methods.
Nothing vibrates like clarisonic sonic techonology! It's godsend wonder everyone MUST try! Save up all ur spa facials fees & buy one, baby
And then...the press day came. I was supposed to bring my set back. It was pouring mad!!! Even heavens was crying for me!
yes the feeling is heartbroken. U dunno.. I am even crying now! The few days of satisfaction are over...it was 4days sampling.

Then i thought I have to part with my clarisonic.... and then the dearest David gave me a set. He said, with all the rest, I must at least have one for myself. So I gave his set to me, saying go try it and see the difference on ur skin after 3 months and then some... and the rest is history.
I have my baby clarisonic every night. The vibrations I somehow find very cooing... I feel so happy after I use it every night... its a love ritual.

An overnight charge will last you 30 minutes. Means 30 times. If you use it twice daily, it would last 2 weeks. Usually I charge it for 6 hours straight and it will indicate full charge with all the lights in front lit up.

Cleansing is the 1st step of skincare regimen, yet the most neglected and treated with disinterest.
This is going to change from now.
Cleansing is the most important step and the 1st step to prepare your skin.
If your skin is well cleansed and free of dead skin cells, dirt, makeup & impurities, your skin is able to receive the benefits from your serums, masks & moisturisers, eye creams you apply.
Do you ever had that time when you felt that your moisture cream is not working as well as before? Thats because your skincare is not penetrating deep enough. Due to the layer of dead skin cells.
You need to rid them by efficient cleansing and let the glow radiate through.

I suggest you remove your makeup with makeup remover if you dont want to stain your brush head so fast. Another reason is because cleansing is unlike makeup removal. Makeup requires some oil to fully dislodges the makeup we put on our face especially since nowadays we are talking about super lasting makeup, makeup that wont smudge, waterproof, stays put whole day. So common sense says, we need to use makeup remover to remove the makeup. Then cleanse the face with a cleanser.
Clarisonic is a tool that removes remaining traces of oil, dirt, makeup and impurities from our pores to prevent clogging and which leads to whiteheads, black heads, acne!
Becos Clarisonic removes 6 times more makeup than manual cleansing, simply sonic technology allows 300 oscillations in one second, it works more efficiently. We cant move our hands 300 times in a second, can we?
With makeup so lasting, you need a powerful cleansing gadget!
And girls with gadget are just cooler! ;)

The perfect hottie

Lately watching:
1. Personal taste ( starring lee min Ho)
2. Playful kiss ( starring Kim hyun joong)
3. My girlfriend is a gumiho ( starring no min woo)

Why are Korean dramas although not teary-weary like before, they still tug at our heart strings... Or rather our tv & network cables?
The key lies in the perfect lighting and makeup and then foolish idiotic girl next door female main lead who wins over the hot rich smart guy, competing with the hotter stylish but often evil scheming female stars. The plot seems to be the same with the girl & guy started being hostile / nonchalant or hate each other, to becoming increasingly meeting each other coincidentally everyday n falling in luve!

Oh well.. Most of them are adapted from japanese animes!

If there is only 1 thing to learn from our Korean stars?
The skill to draw eyeliner so discreetly we call 'waterlining'. Aren't u amazed why these hotties look so perfect- now STARE at their eyes.

Their perfect skin perfected by little (pls, not thick!??) foundation/powder and pink reddish shaped lips...so kissable! Wooo..
Those who know how to use makeup available to them as readily as us girls WILL WIN heads down over the rest! And they also learn about lighting and sculpting... ;)

Add beige/ camel/light grey/pink long cardis over white chest baring tank tops or black on black,
Or dressed in long black shirt & fitted pants,
Or loose sweaters...
paired with skinny long pants that stop just above ankle,
Feet clad in long pointed shoes or white or grey keds,
And carry a tote! Leather or canvas! Oh so in luve~~

Oh oh add a simple diamond earring stud and a simple or chunky silver ring. Hmmm...

You got it! THE STAR is born!

HAIRstyle makes a lot of difference too. A hairstyle can change your charisma, personality and image others see you.
You can be wild, crazy, sophisticated and sleek, confident and sexy, or innocent boyish girlish.

If you know or see a guy looking like this, PLEASE CALL ME. I am looking for him for more than 1000 years now.

It's not that difficult right? U guys say what I ask for a guy is too much, u see, it's all spelt out, it's NOT difficult or elusive or fantasy at all. I just need to go to Korea or grab one potential one and makeover him!

The perfect picture
No min woo! I am obsessed... He can pass off with the charisma like scorpios. In this show.
But Why? geminis are so intriguing to me... they played big roles in my past.

There! My perfect hottie!

Ethereal minimal look

If you are afraid of the heavy makeup look, try my dab-sponge method! Dab a pea size liquid foundation with a blending sponge onto only areas needing coverage. :) then blend a little lipstick on the cheeks & lips! Tada! Complete minimal look!

I have been spotted in this as-if-no-makeup look for entire last month- to my 2day dentist appointments, to my bro's BMTC graduation and min's bday!
Okay, min's bday, my skin was totally bare becos I wore glasses & lots of hydrating skincare!

2notti monster nieces caught in a tumbling act. Mr happy is min and we were celebrating her bday wch is today! That little bee over there is truly spoilt! Needs some spanking! Carrying both of them, one 17kg, one 13 kg was easy for me, I can even swing them around but I can imagine my sister handling them alone! It must have been a crazy!
